How It Works

Erado scans all inbound, outbound, and in-server emails and attachments against a pre-defined and fully customized list of words and phrases regarding specific areas of concern for your company (such as compliance, regulation, client complaints, legal threats, etc.)

When an email or instant message is "sent"  or "received" the message is scanned using Erado "Deep Scan Technology" which looks in not only the body and text attachments but also "Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files for content that may be considered to be "non-compliant".

If non-compliant language is detected, you decide what happens next based on your firms policies. You can hold the email until a compliance officer approves or rejects it, encrypt it with SecureMail, or send it to the intended recipient and flag it for review by an auditor.
