How it Works when personally identifiable information, and/or content based on your organizations policy is found in an outbound email message, SecureMail secures and encrypts the original message either via TLS or SecureMail sends two email messages one with the password in human readable format and directions on how to open, view, and download the secured message via secure web access, and a second email with the original message as an encrypted attachment.
