Erado’s instant message hosting service provides universal access to all major instant messaging networks such as Yahoo, AOL, AIM, ICQ, GoogleTalk and much more. It transparently captures conversations for regulatory and archiving purposes.
When utilized with our optional archiving service, conversation logs of each account are formatted in chronological order and journaled to your archive where they can be supervised for regulatory purposes.
