How It Works
As part of the archive process, all inbound, outbound, and in server emails and attachments are scanned using Erado’s deep scan technology with your pre-defined and fully customized lexicon.
When emails, social media posts, instant messages, and Bloomberg messages are found to have questionable content, real time notification to the compliance department can be generated for immediate review, or the content can be flagged for later review and reporting.
Erado’s SecureMail and email encryption and supervisory application enables the message to be held. A notification is sent to the user and the compliance officer for approval or rejection.
