Erado’s Instant Message archiving is a secure hosted archiving service that is designed to help your company address the challenges of instant message storage management, legal discovery, and regulatory compliance. It safely archives instant messages adjacent to your email, while providing privacy and data security. It also provides rapid, on demand access to instant messages after they have been archived.
How It Works
Erado’s hosted archiving utilizes industry standard journaling technology.
No matter if you have your own instant message server, proxy server, or choose Erado’s hosted instant message hosting service, all instant messages are captured, converted to our uniform archive format and securely delivered to your archive at either Erado’s data centers, or your own solution for archiving and supervisory services.
