How It Works
Erado’s hosted archiving utilizes industry standard journaling technology. No matter if you have your own internally hosted email server, you can host with virtually any third party, or choose Erado’s hosted email service. All incoming, outgoing and internal emails are instantly captured and securely delivered to Erado’s data centers for archiving and optional Compliance Services.

Journaling offers added benefits such as the ability to deliver messages to multiple archives, for those customers with complex compliance issues. Another benefit is the ability to integrate with CRM solutions such as SalesForce.com and Redtail Technologies. It offers automatic white listing and business continuity when integrated with our Hosted Message Security (anti-spam and virus) services.
