Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for all day to day operations, and shall direct and coordinate the activities of all departments that are concerned with software development, customer support, sales and licensing of products, review of contracts, management of facilities and office equipment maintenance. He/she will also cooperate with and assist the accounting department in the completion of its duties through a joint reporting arrangement with the CEO.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and supervise staff, managing works schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with the executive members, management team and staff as necessary.
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee the interview, hiring and training of new employees with the assistance of the management team.
  • Monitor third party business and suppliers to ensure that they are efficiently and effectively providing the needed services and supplies while staying within budgetary limits.
  • Develop and present plans for capital projects including development, support, and equipment.
  • Oversee activities directly related to the development and support of products.
  • Oversee activities directly related to the marketing of products and services.
  • Direct and coordinate with the executive members the annual sales, manufacturing, administration and capital budgets in such a way as to maximize the long term profitability of the organization.
  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential and ensure staff compliance with the company’s confidentiality and disaster recovery policies.
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field, e.g. finance, business administration or economics.
  • 10+ years experience managing commercial business enterprises.
  • 5+ years in the direct management of business in the software development industry.
  • Excellent understanding of sales, finance and management.
  • Proven record for performance with set goals.
  • Excellent oral, written & listening skills.
  • Judgment and decision making skills with ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.

Erado is looking for an experienced Account Executive with successful track records of closing software and technology sales with Fortune 500 accounts. This outside quota carrying position is responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities for Erado on the US Eastern seaboard. The Account Executive’s success will be measured on revenue and bookings produced within the assigned territory.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of the sales cycle through initial contact to product evaluation and contract negotiations
  • Researching and contacting prospects using lead generation tools
  • Start with gaining access as a direct team member to multiple key decision-makers to build a consensus
  • Presenting compelling solutions and leveraging web technology to conduct online demos and in-person sales presentations
  • Exploring new and creative ways to capitalize marketing efforts

Qualifications & Requirements:

Erado is a growing business in the field of electronic data services. We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Downtown Renton location.

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be working under the direction of the upper management to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The CSR is the first point of contact for many clients, and as such should have exceptional phone etiquette and speaking voice. The CSR will also assist clients in filling out support tickets, answer customer questions, route calls to appropriate departments, make follow up calls, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed. Hours are flexible.

PHP Developer

Erado is seeking a full-time, PHP developer with exceptional coding skills and a passion for clean and reusable codes. You will be an integral member of the development team, working closely with our implementation and support personnel to set up, maintain distributed applications, and port existing applications into a unified PHP infrastructure.
