Senior Account Executive

Erado is looking for an experienced Account Executive with successful track records of closing software and technology sales with Fortune 500 accounts. This quota carrying position is responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities for Erado across designated geographic territories and targeted markets. The Account Executive’s success will be measured on revenue and bookings produced within the assigned territory.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of the sales cycle through initial contact to product evaluation and contract negotiations
  • Researching and contacting prospects using lead generation tools
  • Start with gaining access as a direct team member to multiple key decision-makers to build a consensus
  • Presenting compelling solutions and leveraging web technology to conduct online demos and in-person sales presentations
  • Exploring new and creative ways to capitalize marketing efforts
  • Acting independently and as a team player in the overall successful execution of Erado’s sales strategy

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience with a successful track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business with Fortune 500 accounts
  • Experience selling messaging security, compliance solutions, or other enterprise based software solutions to large accounts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of solution selling at an enterprise level via telephone and in person
  • Ability to conduct online and in-person presentations and demonstrations
  • Technically savvy with an ability and a willingness to understand and adapt to constantly changing products in a perpetually changing industry
  • Self motivated, driven succeed, and demonstrates strong initiative and tenacity
  • Excellent organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Description

The inside sales position is instrumental in fueling the growth of Erado’s, and is a key component of the company revenue. This is a hunter role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is a great opportunity for someone wanting to excel in a sales career. The compensation plan for this position includes a base salary plus commission incentives. As our company continues to grow, there is opportunity for future growth into key and national accounts. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of inside SaaS or software sales experience. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain an organized and high-activity based schedule and will aim to exceed both their individual and team-driven goals.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Excellent verbal skills with a minimum of 2 years inside inside SaaS or software sales experience
  • Must be able to communicate Erado’s value proposition clearly, and walk a cold and warm prospect to a closed customer
  • Self motivated and can work well in a team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM application
  • Internet savvy
  • Technology experience preferred

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Initiate 48+ outbound calls per day to generate, qualify, and close high quality customers within the United States and Canada
  • Sell a suite of products developed specifically for the financial services industry

Customer Service Representative

Erado is a growing business in the field of electronic data services. We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Downtown Renton location.

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be working under the direction of the upper management to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The CSR is the first point of contact for many clients, and as such should have exceptional phone etiquette and speaking voice. The CSR will also assist clients in filling out support tickets, answer customer questions, route calls to appropriate departments, make follow up calls, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed. Hours are flexible.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Experience in customer service and answering multi-line phones required
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Outlook
  • Desire to learn about products and services, ability to follow directions, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Punctuality, ability to handle change and work independently.

PERL Developer

Erado is looking for an in-house developer who is experienced in PERL, for a 6-12 month contract/temporary position to help with rewriting and updating two of our internal applications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience developing in the PERL environment
  • Experience with MySQL, SQL, and creating database schemes
  • Experience using SVN
  • Experience with OAUTH is a plus

PHP Developer

Erado is seeking a full-time, PHP developer with exceptional coding skills and a passion for clean and reusable codes. You will be an integral member of the development team, working closely with our implementation and support personnel to set up, maintain distributed applications, and port existing applications into a unified PHP infrastructure.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Build, change, and maintain database-driven PHP applications
  • Collaborate with development, implementation, and support personnel to define customer requirements
  • Document code, fix bugs, and respond rapidly to client issues in a live production environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • ON-SITE WORK ONLY. No off-shore or contract companies or candidates
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

  • Ability to read PERL fluently enough to port applications
